Strategy Maintenance Systems delivers mechanical maintenance, construction and project work for Western Australia’s mining industry.
We have grown from maintenance planning and consulting into a business that supports both preparation and execution. Our work spans mechanical maintenance, shutdown planning and management, structural and mechanical construction, fabrication, welding and workshop repairs.

Led by Thomas Edgson, Strategy draws on experience across Western Australia’s lithium, gold, nickel and iron ore sectors. We bring that understanding to the scope, sequence and delivery of each work package.
Our Leonora workshop supports site work with fabrication, offsite repairs and rebuilds. Maintenance planning support and Pronto XI support and training connect maintenance systems with the work happening on the ground.
